Calibration Disc Pack

for use with Field Portable XRF Analysers

AMIS Disc Packs allow field calibration of portable XRF analysers using Certified Reference Materials.  They are designed for routine use, to check the geochemical data being generated by the analyser, during field programs; ensuring optimization of drilling and laboratory analyses expenditure and other resources.  
Disc Packs are available for Copper, Cobalt, Zinc, Nickel, Uranium and Gold; or for any other combination of AMIS reference materials. Each disc pack contains six CRM’s, each with a different concentration of the primary economic element.

We designed these Disc Packs for field use.  Each comprises a custom designed "powder containment device"; designed to securely hold six AMIS Reference Materials in a cloth covered zip up ring binder.  The powder is held in containers behind XRF mylar film.  Replacement powders and film are included in the packaging.

Current stock kits comprise different grades of Gold/Uranium, Cobalt, Copper, Nickel, Uranium or Zinc standards.  They are all fully certified RM's or CRM's.  We can also provide custom Packs containing any standards, from our current inventory, on request.
