There are a couple of improvements on our website:

1. We now call our shop an "Online store".  It's been working for a while now, quietly in the background, taking online orders and payments.  We were very happy with it; but there were suggestions; so it should be easier to navigate now.

2. We are asking for a little more information before a customer pushes the enquiry button.  We can send out a quote far quicker when you give us, up front, your packaging choice and shipping address.  So there is a special form set up to capture this.

3. We have a new client area.  These are special log-on pages for specific customers who request them for their own supply management purposes.  A very important customer is the first - welcome SGS.  Going forward, we will be adding log-on buttons with the names/logos of other important customers.

We have certified a new carbonate matrix, low grade, gold standard.  The certificate is available for download.

Some exciting new CRM's and some replacements.  The new "new" products are our first from Ghana.  Some think of the Taarkwaian is just another "quartz pebble conglomerate"; but it's not.  The heavy mineral composition is totally different to the Witwatersrand.  The mines and assay labs in Ghana need their own matrix matched standards; and we are happy to make them.
