"33 new products were certified in the 2009 calendar year.  These comprised 23

Certified Reference Material’s, 8 Reference Materials and 2 Quality Control

Materials.  In broad categories these were; 16 base metal standards, 8 platinum

standards, 3 gold and uranium standards, 2 gold standards and 2 uranium standards.

The number of data for analytes (elements by different methods) provided

in the 2009 program totaled 2043. On average, 19.45 laboratories contributed

results for the inter-laboratory tests. The products certified in 2009 are listed in

the table below."
